Advertising for bazaar event will be done through plenty of channels including Straits Times Classifieds, Gumtree, 88db, Redad, Facebook, Twitter, online forum, signages will be posted on the day itself.

Event: Flea Bazaar @ EXPO
Venue: Singapore Expo, Hall 4A
Date: 16 to 18 March 2012 (Fri to Sun)
Operating Hours for Each Day:
16 Mar: 12pm to 10pm
17 Mar: 10am to 10pm
18 Mar: 10am to 9pm
Rental: $278 nett for full 3 days (no single day booking) / $355 (with 1 powerpoint for full 3 days)
No discount for returned tenants

Additional Request*:
a) Stall Selection: $50 for 3 days (Vendors whom wish to book for the corner stall, will be required to pay this $50 +book at least 2 stalls (adjoining side by side).)
b) Per Additional Clothes Rack (2nd rack onwards) Brought By Vendor:$30 for 3 days
c) Per Additional Table (apart from the 1 table provided: $30 for 3 days
d) Per Additional Chair(apart from the 2 chairs provided): $10 for 3 days
*Vendors whom opt for Additional Request will have to pay for full 3 days’ additional fee.

What You Will Get:
- A 2.5m (length) x 1.5m (width) space inclusive of 1 no. 3ft x 3ft table (no skirting) and 2 chairs.
- Each stall is allowed to bring 1 clothes rack.
- If you choose not to use any tables at all, (ie. you will have zero tables),you are allowed to bring a maximum of 3 clothing racks.
- Vendors whom wish to book for the corner stall, will be required to book at least 2 stalls.

Terms and Conditions:
- Stall space is allocated by organizer on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Vendors must not sell any products not stated in this Registration Form.
- No provision of clothes rack/table cloth.
- No outside table and chair to be brought by vendors. All logistics to be rented from event organizer upon registration and payment make.
- Strictly NO selling of cooked food/drink, baby/kids’ related items, stationery, books items allowed.
- STRICTLY NO REFUND unless bazaar is cancelled by organiser. Rain or Shine event.

Vendors can leave their items there overnight as the hall will be locked up after event.

CAR PARK CHARGES:
- Rates apply to cars and all other light goods vehicles from Mondays to Sundays including public holidays.
i) 7am – 5pm
First two hours = $2.50
Subsequent 1/2 hr = $1.20

ii) 5pm – 7am
Per entry = $2.50
Subject to a maximum of $13.50 per day.

Publicity:
Advertising will be emphasise on plenty of channels including The Straits Times, Today, Berita Harian, Facebook, Straits Times Classifieds, Gumtree, 88db, Redad, Twitter, online forum, banners will be placed around EXPO on the day itself.
